Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including practice owners, medical directors, physician leaders, CMOs, service line leaders (oncology, primary care, preventive medicine, high-risk/genetics), and health system administrators
  • Develop and execute account strategies that position Caris Detect within the appropriate patient populations and align with each account's clinical philosophy, patient experience, and business model
  • Partner with health systems to design, launch, and scale high-risk and MCED programs, including clinical pathways, eligibility criteria, ordering workflows, patient communication, and follow-up processes

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in CRM; analyze account-level trends to identify adoption barriers and expansion opportunities; and provide timely business updates to leadership
  • Serve as an escalation point for assigned accounts and ensure alignment between customer expectations and Caris operational performance
  • Represent Caris at industry conferences, medical society meetings, and longevity and integrative medicine events
  • Adhere to all Caris compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations, and ensure all promotional and educational messaging is consistent with approved claims and reviewed by Legal/Regulatory as required
