Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Deloitte Services LP is hiring a temporary Specialist Lead for its People Analytics team. The role translates requirements into accessible dashboard wireframes and prototypes, collaborates with technical and business teams, maintains design systems, and builds expertise in talent data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements and user stories into wireframes and prototypes in Figma, applying established design systems, accessibility principles, and data visualization best practices
• Partner with technical teams and apply working knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms to ensure wireframes and prototypes are technically feasible
• Maintain and evolve our existing design systems and UI Kits to enable more efficient wireframe design and prototyping
• Work as an individual contributor with a high degree of autonomy while coordinating closely with design, development, and business teams and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, client- and team-focused environment
• Develop broad expertise in Talent data and reporting to understand the full landscape

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in dashboard design, data visualization, or UX/UI design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma or a similar wireframing/prototyping tool, including creating wireframes and prototypes, and using and maintaining design systems
• Experience working with or designing for SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and/or other BI platforms
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design, data visualization, and accessibility standards
• Ability to translate business and functional requirements into dashboard wireframes and prototypes
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
