Metrohm USA is hiring a Titration Sales Representative to grow its titration solutions business across Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. The role manages the full sales cycle, develops customer relationships, presents and demonstrates products, and maintains a pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own sales territory focused on titration solutions
• Drive the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—to exceed growth targets
• Cultivate strong customer relationships in sectors such as pharma, chemicals, polymers, petrochemicals, personal care and food/beverage
• Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to both technical and executive audiences
• Identify ways to streamline the sales process and maximize revenue
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent growth

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field
• 3+ years of experience in technical and capital equipment sales, preferably to analytical laboratories
• Hands-on knowledge or sales experience with titration equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Industry knowledge in pharma, chemicals, polymers, cosmetics, or related fields
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus
