Rayzan InfoTech LLC is seeking a Tool Designer / Mechanical Designer to develop precision tooling and practical solutions to manufacturing challenges. The role involves creating 3D models and engineering drawings, collaborating with customers and shop-floor teams, and supporting projects from concept through final build.

Responsibilities

• Design precision tooling, fixtures, gauges, and custom manufacturing equipment
• Develop practical, cost-effective solutions to complex manufacturing challenges
• Create accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability
• Collaborate closely with customers, designers, machinists, and fabricators to bring concepts to life
• Support projects throughout the complete lifecycle, from initial design and development to final build and implementation
• Ensure designs meet quality standards, functional requirements, and manufacturing specifications

Skills

• Strong mechanical design capabilities and proficiency in CAD software
• Working knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes
• Understanding of GD&T principles and the ability to interpret and create engineering drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical engineering solutions
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with shop-floor personnel
• A hands-on mindset, strong work ethic, and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability, and a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• 3+ years of mechanical or tool design experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Experience with SolidWorks preferred
