Translia is hiring US-based customer service professionals to train a voice AI agent through realistic, role-played support conversations. The role involves simulating customer support calls on a client’s online platform across scenarios such as billing, troubleshooting, account changes, and complaints.

Responsibilities

• You will act out customer support calls on the client's online platform, sometimes as the customer and sometimes as the agent, following short scenarios: billing questions, troubleshooting, account changes, complaints and similar
• The aim is natural conversation, not reading from a script
• Recordings are quality-checked, and you may be asked to redo some

Skills

• 2+ years of professional customer service experience (call center, support desk, technical support or similar)
• 1+ year of AI training work (data annotation, conversation rating, voice recording projects)
• Natural US English accent and clear speech
