Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Manhattan Strategy Group is seeking a Web Content Specialist to write, edit, and manage content across a customer's website, SharePoint, and Google Sites. The role also includes training on web content processes, coordinating content reviews and updates, and ensuring content is accessible and current.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for websites, SharePoint, and Google Sites pages following established style guides
• Manage content reviews and use content management systems to upload, maintain, and post web content
• Optimize text for search and ensure all web pages comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements
• Coordinate the quarterly certification process to keep web content current
• Crop, recolor, resize, and otherwise prepare web images as needed
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions on web content tools and processes
• Coordinate database content updates, quality checks, and data entry review

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in web content management, including 3 within the last 5 years
• Ability to obtain a USDOT Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential
• Experience developing and delivering training materials
• Transportation sector experience, especially highway and surface transportation
