This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, caregivers, and internal team members to ensure schedules are maintained, urgent staffing needs are addressed, and service issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate caregiver schedules and respond to call-offs or coverage needs.
• Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers regarding scheduling updates.
• Monitor and resolve weekend service issues and escalations.
• Document care coordination activities and updates in company systems.
• Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure smooth handoff of outstanding items.
• Support client service continuity and caregiver engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in home care, healthcare coordination, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling or healthcare software is a plus.
• Must be based in the Chicago metropolitan area.
