[Remote] Workday Business Analyst - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Genesis10 is recruiting for a confidential client seeking a Workday Business Analyst. The role partners with business stakeholders and implementation partners to facilitate workshops, document requirements and processes, and guide solution decisions aligned with Workday functionality.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business requirements, process discovery, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and implementation partners
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, decision points, and organizational impacts using process modeling tools such as Lucid Suite
- Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, evaluate alternatives, and facilitate design decisions across functional domains
Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Workday implementation projects
- Ability to partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and implementation partners
- Experience facilitating workshops for requirements gathering and process discovery
- Strong skills in documenting business processes, workflows, and solution designs
