Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HireTalent is recruiting for an unnamed client whose HR Reporting & Analytics team needs a Workday reporting expert. The role focuses on developing governed, self-service HR analytics by building Workday reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday reporting solutions
• Create calculated fields and complex reporting logic to meet business requirements
• Design and build Workday Dashboards and Discovery Boards that provide actionable insights for HR leaders and business partners
• Consolidate reports into standardized enterprise solutions

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting experience
• Experience creating and maintaining Workday Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets
• Strong understanding of Workday security and data access models
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions
• Workday Reporting Certification
• Exposure to Power BI, data visualization
• Experience supporting report consolidation or reporting governance initiatives
