They are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Zoning Analyst to conduct research on zoning laws and prepare zoning applications while developing relationships with local municipalities.

• Conduct comprehensive research on zoning laws, regulations, and restrictions
• Interpret zoning maps, codes, and ordinances
• Prepare and submit zoning applications and documents
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local municipalities

Skills

• At least two years of experience in zoning industry
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Comprehensive understanding of zoning ordinances and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and virtually
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, GIS or similar software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter and independent time management skills
