Role Description This part-time, remote role focuses on developing resume-targeted content and materials aligned with Black Label Tech’s products and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching roles and industries, tailoring resumes and professional profiles to specific opportunities, and crafting clear, concise descriptions of skills and experience relevant to Black Label Tech’s portfolio. The role involves collaborating with team members to understand product capabilities, translating technical work into accessible career narratives, and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all resume-related documents. The individual will also help refine internal templates, maintain organized content libraries, and respond to feedback to improve resume strategies over time.

Qualifications

Media Planning and New Media skills to align resume content with contemporary platforms and communication formats. Marketing and Communication skills to present experience, strengths, and achievements in a persuasive and audience-focused manner. Research skills to analyze roles, industries, and employer expectations and incorporate relevant keywords and competencies. Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail, clarity, and consistency in tone and style. Familiarity with digital tools for document creation, collaboration, and version control (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines reliably. Experience with technology, software, or media-focused organizations is beneficial. Relevant education or training in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
