The role participates in the design, development, testing, deployment, integration, documentation, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions. Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical solution discussions. Utilize Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, DevOps Center, and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Support release planning, deployment validation, rollback planning, and post-release monitoring. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide root cause analysis for defects and production incidents. Support Salesforce security configuration including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, and Permission Set Groups. Evaluate and support Salesforce AI technologies including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Copilot capabilities.
