The opportunity - Our ads generate 100 to 200 inbound leads per month from US contractors who have requested information about our services and already know the price. - You're not being handed a random list and told to figure it out. - You'll work with inbound leads, follow up with prospects, book qualified appointments and have opportunities to close deals yourself. - Top setters earn more than $3,000 USD a month. - There's no commission cap. Duties & Responsibilities What we expect - You own your numbers: - Speed to lead: under 5 minutes - Booking rate: 40%+ - Show rate: 60%+ - Dials: 250 to 300 a day - You'll spend most of your working day on the phone and follow up consistently. - We care about results, coachability and accountability. - You get the training and tools; you own your performance.
