This isn't one of those Senior roles where you spend your entire life clearing review notes and updating trackers. The clients are predominantly community associations. Never audited one? That's fine. Experience with Nonprofit, Single Audit, governmental or Employee Benefit Plan audits can translate really well. They're more interested in whether you can juggle multiple engagements, review Staff and get good work out the door.
