Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Discovery – Conduct in‑depth interviews with stakeholders to capture business goals, pain points, and organizational structure.
• Solution Design & Implementation – Translate business requirements into scalable, best‑practice solutions that leverage brighthush’s suite of tools.
• Technical Advisory – Provide guidance on integrations, APIs, and data models, ensuring a smooth technical fit with existing systems.
• Change Management & Training – Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and adoption plans that empower users to realize value quickly.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align on customer outcomes and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
• Performance Tracking – Define and monitor key metrics such as Time‑to‑Value, adoption rates, and NPS to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
