Senior Data Consultant – nCino Data Migration Contract: Initial 6 Months Rate: $80 per hour (C2C) Location: Fully Remote Start Date: ASAP We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Consultant to join a major nCino Data Migration programme on an initial 6-month contract. The organisation is already live on nCino and is undertaking a large-scale migration of deal data from its legacy system into its production nCino environment. The migration is being delivered in controlled tranches, with approximately 350 deals in the overall scope. The Role This is a hands-on leadership position, split approximately 50/50 between technical delivery and leading, guiding and supporting the wider migration team. A key challenge is managing data quality issues and differences between the legacy system and nCino. The legacy platform allows relatively open-ended data entry and contains gaps and inconsistencies, whereas nCino has more restrictive data requirements and validation rules. The team currently pre-loads data into a sandbox environment ahead of each production migration to test, validate and resolve issues before the final production load.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the delivery of the nCino data migration programme. Take a hands-on approach to data migration, mapping, cleansing and transformation activities. Identify, investigate and resolve data quality issues and gaps within the legacy system. Understand and manage differences between legacy system data structures and nCino requirements. Oversee data validation and testing within the nCino sandbox environment ahead of production loads. Ensure data is accurate, complete and fit for migration into the production nCino instance. Lead, guide and mentor team members, providing direction and technical support. Support the planning and execution of migration tranches through to completion.
