Role Description The Senior Director, Solution Architecture is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design and delivery of end-to-end technology solutions for AridBeep’s clients. This role oversees solution architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with consulting and presales teams to understand client requirements, develop solution proposals, and present technical strategies to stakeholders. The Senior Director will guide architecture best practices, review technical designs, and support implementation teams in executing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The position also includes mentoring architecture staff, refining methodologies, and contributing to strategic planning for AridBeep’s connectivity and IT service offerings.

Qualifications

Strong Solution Architecture and Architecture skills, with experience designing complex, integrated IT solutions. Depth in Enterprise Architecture, including standards, frameworks, and governance across multiple technologies and platforms. Consulting and Presales experience, with the ability to gather requirements, shape proposals, and communicate value to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership in directing cross-functional technical teams and influencing senior stakeholders. Hands-on experience with networking, cloud services, and IT infrastructure relevant to connectivity and managed services. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with a focus on clarity and client impact. Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment and manage multiple concurrent engagements.
