About The Role Flexzo is seeking an IT Manager to build and maintain the technical foundation that supports its AI-first operations. In this role, you will oversee internal infrastructure, security, systems, and technical operations so employees have reliable tools and secure environments for their work. You will collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to ensure technology supports business priorities and can scale as the company grows. This position is suited to a resourceful, hands-on technical leader who can balance sound judgment with fast execution. AI is an expected part of daily work at Flexzo. You will use AI tools to support infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, security reviews, scripting, quality assurance, and process improvement. The role is fully remote and follows an Eastern Time schedule of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with holiday coverage and a rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications

Candidates should have three to seven years of experience in IT management, systems administration, or technical operations. You should bring practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, along with a strong understanding of security frameworks, identity and access management, and modern SaaS environments. Experience creating automations or scripts using Python, Shell, or similar tools is important. You should be comfortable evaluating technology, resolving technical issues, and delivering secure, scalable solutions efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to explain technical considerations clearly to nontechnical colleagues and leadership. Flexzo is looking for someone adaptable, organized, and confident working across teams in a fast-moving environment. Demonstrated daily use of AI-enabled workflows is required. Familiarity with AI implementation or software development is an advantage. Candidates should be able to work the stated Eastern Time schedule and support a distributed workforce.

Responsibilities

Design, manage, and maintain internal cloud infrastructure and SaaS systems that support AI development, deployment, and day-to-day operations. Establish and oversee security practices that safeguard company systems, proprietary workflows, and sensitive client information. Manage identity and access controls, review permissions, and help maintain compliance with relevant security requirements. Automate internal processes and improve CRM, CMS, and other business systems to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency. Use AI tools in everyday technical workflows, including monitoring, troubleshooting, security auditing, scripting, and quality assurance. Partner with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align infrastructure decisions with projects and company milestones. Coordinate procurement, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of hardware and software for a global remote workforce. Document systems, procedures, and incidents, and provide responsive technical support to employees.

Benefits

The position offers a yearly base salary of USD 8,000 to USD 15,000, with a potential annual performance bonus of up to 50% of base salary. Compensation depends on relevant experience, demonstrated capabilities, and performance.
