Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and handling last-minute changes across time zones; prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation. Handle highly confidential information (compensation, performance matters, business details, organizational changes, and sensitive security matters and incidents) with absolute discretion and sound judgment about what to share, with whom, and when. Support presentations, communications, and special projects that advance the CSO’s priorities. Use AI to work more effectively and improve how the organization operates (preparing briefings, synthesizing information, automating repetitive tasks, and strengthening follow-through) using approved tools, protecting sensitive information, and validating output quality; share effective practices and mentor fellow administrative professionals. What We Need to See: B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations. Hands-on experience using AI to improve your work, with concrete examples, and an eagerness to keep learning. Strong prioritization, communication, and attention to detail, with the adaptability to adjust as priorities shift. Proven discretion, sound judgment, and composure under pressure, with the ability to build strong relationships and be approachable across a distributed organization. Flexibility to provide support outside normal working hours when needed, such as international travel across time zones, incidents, sensitive organizational changes, or other exceptional situations. This role is open to remote candidates in the Central or Eastern time zones, with the option to work from our Austin or Raleigh offices, respectively. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd: Experience supporting VP-level or above executives. Passion for NVIDIA’s mission and a trusted ambassador for leadership.
