SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER JOB SUMMARY The Senior Graphic Designer delivers high-quality visual design across digital, print, social, content, and integrated marketing initiatives while bringing elevated craft, strong design judgment, and increased autonomy to creative projects. This role serves as a key contributor within the Creative team, executing polished, on-brand design solutions, supporting concept development, and helping maintain strong production discipline across assigned work. Working closely with Art Directors, Senior Art Directors, and Creative Directors, the Senior Graphic Designer helps ensure creative deliverables are visually compelling, strategically aligned, production-ready, and executed with a high degree of quality and accuracy. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Highly skilled designer with strong visual storytelling, design fundamentals, and executional excellence Experienced creative professional with expertise across digital, print, social, and integrated marketing formats Detail-oriented contributor who consistently delivers accurate, organized, and high-quality work Collaborative communicator who effectively incorporates feedback and works across creative and cross-functional teams Emerging mentor who supports junior designers through guidance, coaching, and knowledge sharing Curious learner who stays informed on design trends, technologies, and evolving creative tools KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute high-quality design across digital, print, social, content, and integrated marketing initiatives Support concept development and translate creative direction into compelling visual executions Ensure deliverables are accurate, consistent, brand-aligned, and strategically effective Prepare production-ready files, assets, and documentation with exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance Collaborate with Art Directors and Senior Art Directors to refine creative work and maintain visual consistency across projects Guide and support junior designers through feedback, file preparation, workflow best practices, and design refinement Contribute to the development and maintenance of templates, asset libraries, design systems, and production standards Provide visual support for presentations, pitches, internal initiatives, and business development efforts Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support design exploration, production efficiency, and workflow optimization while maintaining strong creative judgment Maintain organized file structures, asset management practices, and project documentation Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, tools, and best practices REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred 4–6+ years of design experience within agency, marketing, or integrated creative environments Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, design excellence, and execution across multiple formats and channels Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma Strong understanding of brand systems, production workflows, file preparation, and quality assurance processes Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy OUR COMMITMENT TO CULTURE: At Miles Partnership, we are driven by our commitment to actively evolve inclusive marketing industry practices, drive innovation within the company and empower our team, our clients and the communities we serve.
