Job Summary: The Sr. Programming Trainer enhances the competencies of our training department by designing and conducting training programs with a primary focus on our reputed company and customers. Responsible for performing training needs assessments, conducting needs analysis, designing curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training delivery. reputed company Functions: Analysis

• Analyze customer training needs
• Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum

• Work closely with the Documentation department, Product Management, Implementation Services, and the Partner channel to translate all analysis into educational offerings which guide the partner and customer in the successful adoption, implementation, integration, and use of the Solumina product

• Develop metrics to assess needs and impact of training on customer performance, satisfaction, and retention

Design

• Plan, schedule, and participate in the development of educational offerings and all related materials in response to product releases and partner and customer needs
• Periodically review ongoing programs to ensure they accurately reflect the current functionality of the software
• Stay abreast of new trends and tools in partner and customer training

Delivery

• Set up, configure, and maintain necessary equipment to support training courses
• Set up, configure, and maintain necessary processes and cloud services to support virtual instructor led delivery
• Direct structured, engaging, and effective learning experiences and monitor their quality results
• Deliver training courses, virtual and on premise.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with traditional and reputed company training methods, tools and techniques
• Knowledge of large-scale, discrete reputed company – experience in MES, SQM, or MRO is required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Proven experience in designing multiple educational offerings in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
