We are looking for a Senior UAV System Engineerwith strong hands-on experience inflight control systems, integration, and tuning of industrial UAV platforms, to support the development and optimization of a drone system for wind turbine inspection and repair.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field

• Proven hands-on experience with ArduPilot

• Strong experience with UAV systems (medium to large platforms)

• Practical experience with dual GPS configurations

• Experience implementing RTK systems

• Strong PID tuning experience on UAV platforms

• Experience with real-world flight testing and system integration U

• Understanding of MAVLink communication

• English at least B2

Nice to have

• Experience with ROS2

• Programming experience in C++ and/or Python

• Experience working with companion computers (e.g., Jetson, Raspberry Pi)

• Experience with LTE/telemetry systems in UAVs Tech Stack Flight Control & Communication

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Integrate sensors and subsystems (GPS, RTK, cameras, rangefinders, etc.) into UAV platforms

• Perform flight tuning and stabilization, including PID tuning Conduct on-site flight testing and validation

• Troubleshoot system-level issues and optimize UAV performance

• Configure and manage flight control systems (ArduPilot-based)

• Support system integration across hardware and software components

• Contribute to R&D activities depending on experience and project needs
