Role Description The Senior Vice-President of Operations at Redbird is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing company-wide operations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, and driving sustainable growth. This position leads cross-functional teams, establishes operational frameworks, and optimizes processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets and resource allocation, guiding major initiatives and projects, and partnering with executive leadership on long-term planning and organizational priorities. The SVP of Operations will also collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to maintain high service standards, implement operational best practices, and support continuous improvement across all business units.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee complex initiatives, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional teams. Demonstrated expertise in P&L Management, including budgeting, financial analysis, and accountability for operational profitability. Experience in Strategic Planning, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Background in Customer Service operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences and effective issue resolution. Proven leadership experience at the executive or senior management level, with the ability to mentor and develop diverse teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, supported by strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfort working in a remote environment, with effective time management, digital collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred. Experience in scaling operations within a growth-oriented organization or similar industry is a plus.
