About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager with at least five years of experience for a 3–6 month contract opportunity with a client in the nonprofit sector. This fully remote role will focus on evaluating the organization's current social media presence, developing a cohesive strategy, and managing its implementation across relevant platforms. You will work with the Growth Team, product owners, and other key stakeholders to establish priorities, define measurable goals, strengthen the organization's social media presence, and improve performance. The role requires someone who can work at both the strategic and execution levels, from setting direction to overseeing weekly activities and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the client's current social media presence, including channel performance, content effectiveness, existing processes, and opportunities for growth. Develop a cohesive social media strategy aligned with organizational objectives, defining key priorities, measurable goals, target outcomes, and platform-specific recommendations. Expand and strengthen the client's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and other relevant platforms. Create an organization-wide social media plan that aligns the Growth Team, product owners, and other key stakeholders. Lead implementation and ongoing optimization of the social media plan, overseeing weekly activities and deliverables. Define meaningful measures of success aligned with established goals, focusing on performance indicators beyond vanity metrics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging social media platforms. Ability to define channel-specific goals, establish content priorities, track performance metrics, and develop strategies for sustainable growth. Ability to work strategically and tactically, from setting direction to managing weekly execution. Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams, balance competing priorities, and build alignment around a unified strategy. Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience Requirements At least 5 years of demonstrated experience developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies. Employment Type & Duration Part-time contract position. Contract duration: 3–6 months. Compensation & Benefits Hourly compensation: $60–$80.
