Key Qualifications Hold a valid SLP-CCC or are in CFY, with active state licensure Prior experience or strong interest in school-based settings Confident working with adolescents (grades 9–12) Solid understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills Role Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 50 high school students with a variety of communication needs Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments in line with educational guidelines Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educators and families to support student growth and advocacy Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to eligibility determinations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide staff in-service as needed Split your workweek with four days on-site direct therapy and one day remote for paperwork and virtual services
