This individual will serve as the technical subject matter expert for Microsoft cloud technologies, collaboration platforms, identity and access management, endpoint management, and productivity solutions. The ideal candidate brings advanced hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API. This role will drive enterprise technology initiatives, automate administrative processes, strengthen security and compliance, and deliver scalable solutions that improve collaboration and productivity across the organization. Ideal Candidate Profile The successful candidate is a senior-level Microsoft 365 engineer with deep technical expertise, strong automation capabilities, and experience leading enterprise-wide modern workplace initiatives. This individual combines hands-on engineering skills with strategic thinking, security awareness, and the ability to partner across technical and business teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable Microsoft cloud solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications 7+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, Microsoft cloud technologies, modern workplace engineering, or a related field. Advanced hands-on experience designing, administering, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps. Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, enterprise applications, and identity lifecycle management. Advanced experience administering Microsoft Intune and managing endpoint configuration, policies, and security. Proficiency developing automation solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API. Experience with Power Platform solutions and enterprise productivity integrations. Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale enterprise technology projects from planning and design through implementation and optimization. Strong understanding of identity governance, security controls, compliance requirements, and Microsoft cloud administration best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership across the organization. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
