- Guaranteed Milestone Pay: $1,000 signing bonus, $500–$1,000 IVF start fee, $1,500–$2,000 transfer fee, and $200–$300/mo personal allowance.

Basic Requirements:
- Female between 21 and 42 years old living in an eligible US state
- Must have birthed at least one healthy child who currently lives with you
- Smooth pregnancy history with no major medical complications
- Non-smoker, drug-free, and healthy BMI (generally under 32)
- Financially stable (no non-medical state assistance)
