What You'll Do

Lead and manage complex tax compliance engagements in line with firm and professional standards, on time and within budget Identify and resolve client issues promptly, professionally, and accurately Manage client expectations through clear, proactive communication Serve as a technical resource, advising associates on client accounting and tax matters Plan and schedule engagements, coordinating client needs with firm resources Contribute to and help lead firm-wide initiatives and projects What You Bring 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting CPA required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Sharp organizational and analytical skills, with a mix of creative and logical problem-solving Solid tax research skills Compensation: $125,000–$150,000 base salary, commensurate with geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Bonus eligibility, if applicable, will be discussed at offer.
