As a Team Loan Officer, you'll work alongside Laurie Nelson and her team, handling a steady flow of incoming leads. You'll be paid a salary plus commission, and you'll learn the systems that drive top-tier production.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to incoming leads from the team's Realtor partners, past clients, and marketing channels
• Take applications, review credit and income, and issue pre-approvals
• Advise clients on loan programs, pricing options, and rate locks as directed by the borrower
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and Realtor partners from application through closing
• Collaborate with team members and operations to keep every file moving to the closing table
• Communicate honest, accurate, and timely updates to all parties
• Take part in a coverage rotation on evenings and weekends so the team's Realtor partners and clients always reach a licensed loan officer
• Keep lead and pipeline activity current in the team's CRM and LOS
• Maintain an active NMLS license in Pennsylvania and any additional states where you originate

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania MLO license (required)
• 2+ years of proven mortgage origination experience
• Currently producing, typically 1–3 closed loans per month, with a stable work history
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA programs
• Fast and responsive. You treat a new lead like it's worth a closing, because it might be.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Coachable and team-first, comfortable following proven systems
• Available for evening and weekend coverage on a scheduled rotation

Active Pennsylvania MLO license required; 2+ years mortgage origination experience; currently producing 1-3 closed loans per month; knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA programs; available for evening and weekend coverage rotation.
