Job Description

As a managing attorney within Vialto Law, you will lead client engagements, provide strategic immigration counsel, and help drive the development of our people, processes, and services. • Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and foreign national employees by translating complex immigration concepts into practical business solutions and risk-mitigation strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on employment-based immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications.
  • Manage, coach, and mentor attorneys, analysts, and other team members through training, performance feedback, knowledge-sharing, and professional development initiatives.
  • Foster strong client relationships by leading meetings, advising on regulatory developments, addressing escalations, and delivering strategic guidance tailored to client objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, technology adoption, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, consistency, and client experience.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, business development initiatives, internal collaboration, and promotion of Vialto Law's values of empathy, accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of U.S. business immigration experience, including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, employment-based immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status filings.
  • Licensed and admitted to practice law in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
  • Experience leading client relationships and supervising attorneys, analysts, or other legal professionals in a high-volume immigration environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, oversee complex legal matters, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills, with a commitment to developing and supporting team members.
  • Interest in leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovation to improve legal service delivery and client outcomes.
