Role Description The Vice President Information Technology is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and executing Alfa-Leasing’s technology vision and strategy. This role oversees IT operations, infrastructure, and applications that support leasing products, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Day-to-day activities include leading IT management teams, prioritizing and delivering complex projects, coordinating with business stakeholders to align technology initiatives with company goals, and optimizing systems and processes for efficiency. The Vice President Information Technology will establish governance frameworks, manage IT budgets and vendors, drive digital transformation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The role also involves mentoring IT staff, fostering a collaborative culture, and promoting innovation to support future growth.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Information Technology, including enterprise systems, infrastructure, security, and application lifecycle management. Proven experience in IT Management, with responsibility for leading teams, overseeing operations, and managing IT budgets and vendors. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT Strategy and align technology roadmaps with overall business objectives. Advanced Project Management skills for planning, executing, and delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. Expertise in Strategic Planning, including long-term technology investment planning, risk management, and governance frameworks. Experience in financial services, leasing, or related industries is highly beneficial. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
