Role Description The Vice President of Digital Products is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for defining and driving the digital product vision and strategy for Balmukund Ornaments. This role oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including e-commerce platforms, customer-facing applications, and internal tools that support jewelry design, manufacturing, and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading product discovery and roadmap planning, analyzing market trends and customer behavior, and prioritizing features that enhance digital customer experience and business performance. The Vice President collaborates closely with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to align digital initiatives with company objectives. The role also involves setting performance metrics, overseeing product launches, optimizing digital channels, and mentoring product teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

Strong product strategy and product management skills, with experience defining vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for digital products. Proficiency in product development and working closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences. Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, customer insights, and market trends to inform product decisions. Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership, with experience guiding diverse teams and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels. Extensive experience in digital product leadership, ideally within e-commerce, retail, or luxury goods; jewelry or fashion domain experience is an advantage. Proven track record of scaling digital platforms, improving conversion, and enhancing user experience across web and mobile channels. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
