Role Description The Vice President of Global Business Architecture is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, aligning, and optimizing the group’s global business structures across all four pillars. This role oversees cross-functional business architecture frameworks, ensuring that strategy, operations, finance, sales, and project execution are integrated and scalable. The Vice President will lead analysis of new markets and business models, develop global operating standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes and systems. Daily activities include collaborating with executive leadership on strategic planning, guiding regional and functional leaders on business architecture decisions, reviewing financial and operational performance, and managing key transformation initiatives. The role also involves building strong stakeholder relationships, coordinating complex projects, and ensuring that business architecture supports sustainable growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and business analysis capabilities to interpret complex data, develop insights, and inform strategic decisions. Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating business performance and investment opportunities. Project management experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes in a dynamic environment. Sales and commercial acumen with the ability to understand revenue drivers, market opportunities, and partner relationships. Proven experience in business architecture, organizational design, or enterprise strategy in a global or multi-market context. Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change across diverse functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in media, branding, events, or digital businesses is advantageous, along with familiarity with global networking and market expansion. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is beneficial.
