Role Description The Vice-President of Global Market Development is a full-time, remote role responsible for defining and executing market development strategies across key regions. This position leads global business development initiatives, identifies growth opportunities, and builds strategic partnerships to expand the company’s presence in target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market analysis, shaping long-term business and sales plans, and coordinating with regional leaders to align strategies with operational capabilities. The role requires setting revenue and market share objectives, guiding cross-functional teams on go-to-market plans, and monitoring performance against strategic KPIs. The Vice-President also represents the organization in high-level customer and stakeholder meetings, ensuring consistent messaging, value proposition, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex market, financial, and competitive data to drive decision-making. Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including developing and implementing multi-year global growth strategies. Demonstrated success in Business Development and Sales, with a track record of securing key accounts, partnerships, or new market entries. Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and working effectively in remote and multicultural environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including C-level client engagement. Background in industrial, automotive, or manufacturing sectors is highly beneficial. Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Ability to travel internationally as needed to support strategic initiatives and key customer relationships.
