Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading cross-functional operations and driving long-term strategic initiatives. This role oversees the design and implementation of operational frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals, financial targets, and customer experience standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key performance indicators, leading strategic planning cycles, coordinating complex projects, and optimizing processes across teams. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership on P&L oversight, resource allocation, and risk management, while coaching leaders and staff to improve execution and operational efficiency. The role also involves strengthening customer service practices, enhancing operational reporting, and supporting change management efforts for major organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and optimize processes. Strong background in P&L Management and Strategic Planning to drive financial performance and long-term organizational growth. Experience overseeing Customer Service operations and standards to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive organizational change. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including comfort with data analysis and performance metrics. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred. Experience in a senior operations or strategy role, ideally within a growth-oriented or multi-site organization.
