Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing company-wide operations in alignment with organizational strategy. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality, partnering closely with executive leadership and department heads. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting operational priorities, managing performance metrics, directing project portfolios, and ensuring that systems and processes support business growth and client satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring financial performance, guiding P&L-related decisions, and driving continuous improvement across training, coaching, and events operations. The Vice President of Strategic Operations is expected to build strong remote teams, foster collaboration, and ensure that operational plans are executed effectively and on schedule.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management and Project Management to lead complex initiatives and improve organizational efficiency. Proficiency in P&L Management and financial analysis to support sound budgetary decisions and sustainable growth. Strong background in Strategic Planning to align operations with long-term business objectives and market opportunities. Experience in Customer Service and client-centric operations to ensure high-quality delivery of training, coaching, and events. Proven leadership experience managing remote, cross-functional teams, with the ability to coach and develop talent. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate at all organizational levels. Track record of implementing process improvements, technology solutions, or operational frameworks in a service-focused business. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is beneficial. Experience in real estate, professional training, or subscription-based services is a plus.
