Role Description The Vice President of Strategic Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across MeatMyNeeds’ supply chain, logistics, and service delivery. This position leads the development and execution of long-term operational strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects, optimizing processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes P&L oversight, resource planning, and collaboration with senior leadership to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence. The Vice President of Strategic Operations will mentor team members, strengthen customer service standards, and uphold the company’s commitment to food safety and transparency.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and supply chain coordination. Proven experience with P&L Management and financial oversight in a growth-oriented or mission-driven organization. Strong Strategic Planning capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into actionable operational roadmaps. Advanced Project Management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and meeting deadlines and quality standards. Background in Customer Service leadership, with a focus on service quality, stakeholder satisfaction, and issue resolution. Experience in food safety, agriculture, FMCG, or related industries is highly beneficial. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, with comfort working in remote, distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
