Role Description The Vice President Procurement is a full-time remote role responsible for leading BidMachine’s global procurement strategy and operations. This role oversees sourcing of technology, services, and strategic partners, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality, and timely supply of key resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing procurement policies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with finance, product, and operations teams to align procurement with business objectives. The Vice President Procurement will analyze spend data, identify optimization opportunities, mitigate supply risks, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and tools.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Procurement and Supply Chain Management to lead sourcing strategies and ensure reliable, cost-effective supply. Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and manage contractual risk. Candidates should possess experience in Supplier Development to build, evaluate, and enhance strategic supplier partnerships. Extensive leadership experience in procurement or supply chain within a technology or digital advertising environment is highly beneficial. Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize costs, and improve supplier performance. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience influencing executive and cross-functional teams. Background in global sourcing, risk management, and compliance with relevant procurement and contracting regulations. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
