We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a VIP CRM Team Lead to join our team. Job Description:

• Manage the VIP CRM team, including task allocation, priorities, and day-to-day workflow;
• Build and develop the VIP customer lifecycle across communication, promo, reactivation, and pre-VIP activities;
• Create promo plans and coordinate their execution within the team;
• Develop VIP segmentation and approaches for different player groups;
• Track CRM and financial metrics on a weekly and monthly basis and use them to decide which activities to scale, adjust, or stop;
• Review and improve existing CRM processes and team workflows;
• Coordinate CRM initiatives with Product, VIP Support, Content, Casino, and other teams;
• Research competitors and propose new CRM and VIP initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2–3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming;
• Previous experience managing a CRM or related team;
• Strong understanding of lifecycle communication, segmentation, retention, and promo mechanics;
• Experience working with CRM and financial metrics and using data to make business decisions;
• Ability to create and evaluate promo plans based on performance data;
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how CRM activities impact product metrics;
• Experience working with CRM platforms and established CRM processes;
• Ability to independently identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive implementation;
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and other business teams;
• Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with VIP audiences, including deeper segmentation, personalized communication, and high-value players.
