We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Virtual Assistant to support our daily account setup and management operations.
The main responsibilities include creating and configuring accounts according to company SOPs, completing account profiles, performing normal onboarding activities, monitoring account status, maintaining accurate records, and reporting any issues to the Team Leader.
What would you be doing:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Possess at least 1 years of relevant experience in Social media, Marketing or related field.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and consistency in following SOPs/checklists
Basic digital literacy (comfortable with multiple platforms, Google Sheets/Excel)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills (handling many account daily).
Discretion and trustworthiness around confidential/security information
Ability to spot irregularities and escalate appropriately rather than act independently
Good attitude with hunter mentality
