We're looking for a proactive, resourceful right hand to support the owner of our US-based client, someone who can keep the calendar in order, the clients informed, and the online presence active without missing a beat. This is a flexible engagement with a minimum commitment of 40 hours per month, with the workload adjusting to the needs of the business. What you'll Do Work directly with the business owner, managing his calendar, coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and providing timely reminders. Research networking events in the construction, architecture, interior design, real estate, and local business communities, recommending which ones to attend. Maintain and update the company's social media accounts, schedule posts, manage basic content, and support online engagement. Assist with Google Business Profile updates, online listings, and basic digital marketing activities. Follow up with homeowners and clients on outstanding payments, send reminders, and track payment status. Coordinate and process authorized payments, maintain payment schedules, and assist with basic financial administration. Make and receive calls, coordinate appointments, and communicate scheduling or project-related updates to clients. Organize information, maintain records, track pending tasks, and provide general operational support. What You'll Need to Know: Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role. An Advanced English level and comfort communicating with US-based homeowners and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Independence, resourcefulness, and the initiative to anticipate needs and follow up on tasks without constant supervision. Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive financial information. Availability for a minimum of 40 hours per month. A great Plus Experience in construction or related industries.
