This evidence-based program will be offered to patients through their health plan and will enable physical therapists to support patient recovery using a high-touch, convenient communication platform and tools. Ideal candidates are motivated physical therapists with strong communication skills who enjoy delivering high-quality care in a virtual setting. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to be part of an innovative approach to patient care while maintaining flexibility.
