Wisconsin Youth Company programs take place in the school buildings. Administrative work outside of program hours can take place from home or Wisconsin Youth Company’s co‑working office in Hartland. What You’ll Do Position Summary The site supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned after‑school program. Responsibilities include lesson planning for children in grades 4K–5, managing a staff team, purchasing program materials, managing a monthly budget, and ensuring program quality standards are met. Hours & Pay This is a school year position with the option to join our summer team. Up to $20 per hour, pay is based on education and experience. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. General program hours are 6:30–9 a.m. and 3:30–6 p.m. This is a split shift position with flexibility available between before school and after school.
