Zidane Properties is seeking a Web Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for its website, blog, property listings, and marketing materials. This remote, contract-based position involves researching real estate topics, developing useful content for prospective and existing clients, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across digital channels. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, understands SEO best practices, and can manage multiple content projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Write, edit, and proofread website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and service descriptions. Research real estate trends, market insights, and industry news to develop relevant content ideas. Work with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with the company's brand strategy. Optimize content for search engines by incorporating keywords naturally. Review content for accuracy, clarity, quality, and consistency with the company's tone and goals. Manage multiple content projects independently and deliver work within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a web content writer, preferably in real estate or a related industry. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strong understanding of SEO best practices. Ability to conduct thorough research and explain complex topics in clear, accessible language. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
