Benefits Account Specialist (Fully Remote)
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients and employees with benefits enrollment and account setup Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner Conduct virtual meetings and communicate with clients by phone, email, and video Maintain accurate client and enrollment information Follow up with clients to ensure enrollment processes are completed Answer questions and provide ongoing customer support Build strong professional relationships with clients and team members Participate in virtual training and team meetings Stay current on benefit offerings, enrollment procedures, and company guidelines Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions We’re looking for someone who: -Enjoys helping people and providing great customer service -Has strong communication skills (we’ll help you improve even more) -Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn -Is comfortable using a computer, Zoom, and basic online tools -Can work independently in a remote environment -Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic No prior experience in insurance or enrollment is required—we provide full training.
