CNA LMS Curriculum Coordinator

Remote · Qatar Full-time

NOTE: THERE IS A LMS SYSTEM ALREADY DESIGNED FOR PATHWAY. Pathway Vocational Institute of Health is seeking an experienced CNA curriculum designer with strong expertise in LMS-based instructional development to build, enhance, and modernize our Certified Nursing Assistant training programs. This role is ideal for an educator or instructional designer who understands CNA competencies, state regulatory requirements, and adult-learning best practices — and can translate them into engaging, outcomes‑driven digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development — Design, update, and structure CNA course modules aligned with MA state requirements and industry standards. LMS Course Buildout — Develop interactive learning pathways, assessments, and multimedia content within our LMS. Competency Alignment — Ensure all instructional materials meet OBRA, DPH, and Nurse Aide Training Program regulations. Assessment Creation — Build quizzes, skills checklists, scenario-based evaluations, and final exams. Multimedia Integration — Incorporate videos, simulations, case studies, and skills demonstrations. Documentation & Compliance — Maintain accurate syllabi, lesson plans, and accreditation-ready documentation. Collaboration — Work closely with nursing educators, program directors, and compliance teams to ensure instructional quality and consistency. Continuous Improvement — Evaluate learner performance data and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes.

Required Qualifications

Experience designing CNA, healthcare, or allied health curriculum. Strong knowledge of state CNA training regulations and competencies. Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar). Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or e-learning development. Ability to create SCORM-compliant content (optional but preferred). Excellent writing, organization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

RN, LPN, CNA Instructor certification, or healthcare education background. Experience with video-based instruction or simulation-based learning. Familiarity with accreditation processes for vocational healthcare programs. Ability to design inclusive, accessible learning materials (ADA/508 compliance).
