Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Representative at Talent Ferry Consultancy. The Customer Service Representative will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, accurate, and timely information to customers. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, tracking and documenting interactions in customer service systems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to escalate complex cases, updating customers on the status of their requests, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. The successful candidate will maintain professional communication, adhere to service-level expectations, and contribute to a supportive, collaborative virtual work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in customer-facing roles, such as Customer Service Representatives or Customer Support positions, with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-up. Strong foundation in Customer Service practices, including active listening, empathy, and clear information sharing. Comfort working in a remote environment, with reliable internet access, good time management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accurate documentation of customer interactions. Basic proficiency with CRM or ticketing systems and common office software; ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are an advantage. Previous experience in consulting, staffing, or service-oriented industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
