Position Summary The Employer Relations Coordinator for CLS will work as a member of the Career, Leadership & Service staff, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with external employers and organizations. Additionally, this role will continue to develop the strategies necessary to engage outside partners as they seek to recruit and connect with all Doane students and alumni. This individual will be the primary contact for employers and organizations seeking to connect with CLS and will work with campus partners to help connect opportunities. This is a hybrid position; the individual will work remotely and be located in the Lincoln or Omaha metro area to increase employer relations for Doane. This position is funded by a Title III Strengthening Institutions Program Grant and offers a unique opportunity to impact how we support students from enrollment through graduation and into their careers. Given the nature of grant funding, employment is contingent on the continued availability of external funding. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Experience utilizing career services platforms (e.g., Handshake, 12Twenty, Simplicity) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Demonstrated success in establishing corporate/community partnerships and building pipeline initiatives from inception to execution.
