• Support and advise existing customers while assisting with new business development.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and qualify sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
• Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.

your job profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered
• Experience using Salesforce CRM (required or strong asset)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and sales tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to sales performance
• Customer-focused mindset
