Leave of Absence Administrator (aka Seasoned Leave & Accommodations Specialist)(High-Volume | CA experience required) About the Role Are you a high-performing leave and accommodations expert who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage 200+ active cases while partnering with employees, managers, and HR to deliver compliant, compassionate outcomes. This is not an entry-level role—this is for someone who excels under pressure, thinks critically, and operates independently while still collaborating across the business.
